January 2, 2025 "EEG"

ABNORMALITIES: Interictal discharges consisting of broad sharp waves were located over the right central region (C4, P4, Cz) .

IMPRESSION This prolonged routine EEG was obtained while awake and drowsy and is abnormal due to: - right central sharp waves - mild diffuse slowing CLINICAL CORRELATION Diffuse slowing present in the recording is consistent with a bi-hemispheric dysfunction of non-specific etiology and can be seen in a toxic, metabolic, or primary neuronal dysfunction. Interictal discharges are consistent with an increased epileptogenic potential. There were no electrographic seizures identified.
